The organization brings together women of different generations and professions who engage in grassroots activism, identify issues affecting women—especially those living in rural, impoverished, or marginalized communities—and work collectively to address them. We provide support through research, educational programs, artistic practices, and practical community-based activities that promote empowerment, visibility, and active participation of women in social, economic, and political life.
Our mission is to foster inclusive and sustainable models of community development, where women are equal participants and decision-makers. Special focus is given to women living in remote villages, older women, single mothers, and other socially vulnerable groups that are often excluded from public services and policy-making processes.
Through partnerships with local stakeholders, institutions, and other organizations, we work to improve access to basic rights and services while developing innovative, community-driven approaches. We use art, media, and the documentation of women's life stories as tools for empowerment and for challenging dominant narratives about women in southeastern Serbia.
We believe that every woman has the right to a dignified life, regardless of where she lives, and that meaningful change begins within the community—built on trust, support, and local knowledge.
