Workshop "Body and Boundaries" held at the Women's Club of Solidarity

In the safe and supportive space of the Women's Club of Solidarity, the "Body and Boundaries" workshops were held for girls aged 15 to 19, from the Pirot Vocational High School and the Rural Roma Women's Association.

Through conversation, joint activities, and exchange of experiences, we dealt with issues that are important, but often do not get enough space:

- How to recognize our own limits?

- Why is it sometimes difficult for us to say "no"?

- How does the body react when something is not pleasant for us?

– and how to trust ourselves more.

The workshop took place in an atmosphere of trust, openness, and mutual support, and this meeting also reminded us of how important it is to create spaces where young women can freely explore, develop their voice, and strengthen their sense of personal worth.

We would like to extend our gratitude to all of those who participated and made this event as special as it was.
